Scheduling child care on short notice can be a PITA. Our client's business allowed users to solve their emergency care issues but lacked a mobile platform which made it slightly inaccessible at the time. With an existing reservation process in place in the traditional web environment, our team was able to map web-based interactions to Android and iOS pattern equivalents.
One of the emerging trends and technological enhancements at the time was the ability to use location to optimize a user's experience. During the reservation process we leveraged the device location features and stored user profile data to streamline the reservation flow.
